In the unlikely event that a produt arrives damaged then simply refuse delivery.

We are happy for any item to be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days, if the product is unsuitable for your needs.

We would strongly advise that you find your own carrier to return the item to us because we do not have a collection contract with the carriers, they are a third party and as such we are remote from them and do not have authority with them, this is almost done as a “favour” by the carriers as so few of them wish to collect our type of products nationwide.

If you can find your own carrier we are happy to give a 100% refund on the item(s), however as “inbound” freight is not insurable and more expensive; if you wish us to arrange collection / return there will be a cost of £25.00 + VAT (£30.00). This amount will be deducted from your refund.

 

Please let us know if you want to return an item yourself and we can send you the address to return to, or confirm you agree to our charge and I will arrange collection. 

Please note that carriers do not see a collection as priority and can often take ten working days or so to collect, we will confirm with you when the request has been received by you for us to arrange collection. The carriers are not within our control or responsibility because we do not have control over them as a third party and can only request a collection, which is done on their timescale and terms, not ours.

IF you require an alternative item please re-order at your convenience; unfortunately because of the way the carriers work with different collection / delivery runs / times it is not possible to arrange a “swap”
